Photography is an art, that not only displays the feelings of the photographer, but also pleasing to the the viewer's eye. A bad photo might be considered bad to one and awesome to another.
Our goal is to photo what we see at the moment, and not attempt to work for days on one shot. Take the shot and be proud of it. If the picture sucks, it sucks, and don't attempt to fix a photo. You might be surprised that what you think is bad may be incredible to another.
Framing and balence is important, but it might be more important to focus on technique as a starter.
